As Product Ambassador for RateMyAgent, my job included speaking virtually and live on behalf of the marketing department to create product adoption. Writing, shooting, editing and final production of product marketing videos are also a critical component of fulfilling company representation. Below is example of just one product marketing video for RateMyAgent... of dozens.
I also co-wrote and co-hosted the RateMyAgent Agent of the Year Awards, writing my own material, conducting my own filming, editing my own pieces and contributing to the general outline and flow of the event. Overall... I'd say it was timely and entertaining. And didn't know Freddie Mercury was my alter ego.

I enjoy the process of fully understanding the customer by utilizing assessment tools and then marketing to their needs. Identifying messages that resonate and finding the right balance of traditional and unique communication channels is a creative business problem I find great satisfaction in solving. Content is essential to attracting, engaging and acquiring customers today. My team and I helped grow Interthinx from $12 million to $150 million in revenue via significant content creation.

Business Challenge: Rebrand ARMCO, from logo to website, in 10 weeks.
Managed all resources and directed complete brand refresh for ARMCO in less than 90 days. Guided brand identity development, tagline, wrote web copy, developed new website, created all materials needed for industry conference, produced high-end customer event and launched a new product, ACES Analytics, all within 3 month time frame.

Business Challenge: Redesign, reorganize and completely reinvent www.Interthinx.com
Supervised the reorganization, design, writing and launch of www.Interthinx.com. Interthinx was purchased by First American therefore, the url now points to their mortgage services. But trust me, it was a heck of a project. The redesign was required in preparation for the sale... and it worked. Interthinx was purchased for $155 million in 2014. View the press release.

Business Challenge: The credit crisis hit. Foreclosures are massive and fraud schemes are pervasive. The mortgage industry is clearly lacking advanced fraud/risk mitigation training materials for employees. Interthinx needs to communicate its broader scope of fraud and risk products.
Solution: Produced financial services training film Fraud Angels, answering the request from lenders to deliver advanced fraud training and delivering thousands of inbound leads to Interthinx sales team. DVD set included "training chapters" reviewing Interthinx breadth of services and selling Interthinx products.
Winner of multiple awards for marketing and writing including Telly's, Aurora's and Communicators. Both Fraud Angels and FSI are utilized as training videos for the mortgage industry and the FBI and Secret Service.

Business Challenge: Disrupt the marketplace. Mortgage fraud is on the rise. Significantly and quickly raise brand awareness for Interthinx. Create a "Trojan Horse" strategy of placing Interthinx physically in the offices of mortgage companies nationwide by offering a free training film on DVD covering basic mortgage fraud prevention. Provide content that prospects simply can't refuse. Netflix was delivering DVDs at the time... why not Interthinx?
Solution: FSI: Fraud Scheme Investigation generated over 4,000 leads from mortgage companies and banks nationwide. I conceived, wrote, produced and delivered within 15 months, generating requests for the free FSI DVD set via banner ads, publication ads and email campaigns. The leads literally poured in.
Winner of multiple awards for writing, marketing and production, FSI: Fraud Scheme Investigation video –named “Official Selection”, World of Comedy Film Festival, Toronto, ONT. The Secret Service and FBI have adopted the film for their own training purposes.

Solution: I wrote and produced a webisode series using Public Domain film footage and "dubbing" actors voices with messaging about Interthinx. The Public Domain footage was not only free, but gave the campaign the humorous, kitschy edge necessary for any content to go viral.
