My Sales Philosophy
An effective salesperson makes a connection. One must come from a place of true empathy with clients/prospects/consumers to succeed. To understand what a consumer feels, thinks, hears, says, does and what pains them is evidence of authentic listening. Being "interested" vs. "interesting" is rule #1. From this understanding, an effective salesperson can easily connect problems to solutions in 1-on-1 sales and in more complex environments. Humor is easily injected, deep customer relationships evolve... It's about keepin' it real.

My Marketing Philosophy
Marketing is more than a logo and a trade show. Marketing requires a commitment to understanding your customer through Buyer Personas, Empathy Mapping, Journey Mapping and Brand Assessment. With this understanding, a successful marketer can support the buying cycle of awareness, consideration, evaluation, satisfaction and advocacy with a deft balance of content marketing, public relations, trade show involvement, editorial & advertising placements, memberships and special events... all while staying within budget and managing the brand.
